▌ ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and people-oriented Business Operations Executive to support our growing Business Operations team. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate day-to-day operations, resolve queries, manage follow-ups, maintain documentation, and ensure tasks move smoothly from requirement to closure. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys learning, taking initiative, and being hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.

▌ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the Business Operations team in managing day-to-day operational requirements and ensuring timely task closure
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address queries and keep processes moving smoothly
• Manage order, inventory, delivery, and other operational follow-ups across multiple requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, trackers, and operational records using MS Office / Excel / Google Sheets
• Track timelines, identify gaps or delays, and proactively follow up or escalate issues before they impact delivery
• Support client and vendor meetings, operational discussions, and on-ground activities whenever required
• Work closely with different teams to solve operational issues and improve the overall execution process

▌ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Graduate in Management, Marketing, Mass Media, Technology Management, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication, internship, or relevant corporate exposure are welcome
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client and vendor interactions
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel / Google Sheets, and basic MIS reporting
• Proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment with tight timelines and changing priorities
• Strong coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Flexible and versatile — willing to attend meetings, support on-ground operational activities, and take on varied responsibilities when required
• Exposure to B2B marketing or startup environments is a plus
