Operation Executive

• Manage customer communications by responding to inquiries, handling urgent requests, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate customer appointments, collections, deliveries, transportation, and logistics to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Monitor and track orders, production, inventory, and deliveries, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Prepare delivery orders, customs import documentation, billing, and other administrative documents accurately and on time.
• Liaise with internal departments (Operations, QC, Warehouse, Accounts & Finance, Marketing, and Sales) to coordinate production schedules, inventory movement, and customer requirements.
• Maintain and update company databases, customer, financial, and inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels, generate inventory reports, conduct monthly stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Perform product packing, sealing, and warehouse support activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide general administrative support, assist with cross-functional projects, and perform additional duties or ad hoc assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of related working experience in operation, customer service, or administrative

• Good communication skills.

• Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp and basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

• Able to work 5 days onsite (working from home on Saturday)
