Job Responsibilities

· Conduct regular store visits and monitor daily store operations.

· Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and brand requirements.

· Support company-owned and franchise stores in operational matters.

· Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.

· Coordinate store opening, renovation, and maintenance activities.

· Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.

· Monitor merchandising standards, product displays, and overall store presentation.

· Provide operational coaching and support to store teams.

· Prepare operational reports and follow up on action plans.

· Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail, Hospitality, F&B, or related fields.

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Retail, F&B, Operations, or Multi-Outlet Management.

· Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.

· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

· Willing to travel frequently for store visits and operational support.

· Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Positions are available across Malaysia, including:

· Central Region (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor)

· Northern Region (Penang, Kedah, Perlis & Perak)

· Southern Region (Johor)

· East Coast Region (Pahang , Terengganu & Kelantan)

· East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
