Operation Executive

About the role

Atlantic Supplies & Trading Pte Ltd is seeking an Operation Executive to join our dynamic team in the West Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. As an Operation Executive, you will be instrumental in coordinating logistics activities, managing shipments, and ensuring that all operations meet our high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in the marine industry whilst contributing directly to the success of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing loading schedules, including documentation, tracking and scheduling of shipments
• Liaising with shipping agents and other logistics partners for delivery to the vessels at the marine ports
• Maintaining detailed records of all loading schedules, transactions and communications for audit and reference purposes
• Supporting the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of daily operations

About you

• 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, cargo handling, logistics operations or a similar role within the marine and logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
• Customer service mindset with a commitment to maintaining high service standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
