Job Description:

• Answering calls and resolving customer queries.

• Calling artisans and customers.

• Maintaining sales reports.

• Analysing the competitive market and product categories in the handicraft e-commerce portal.

• Logistic support.

• Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.

• Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.

• Reach potential corporates and customers and existing clients to advise them about handicraft items as corporate gifts.

• Maintaining artisan requirement sheets and calling sponsors for Uthhan Campaigns.

• Posting questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales

• Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a process representative or other customer service role.

• High school diploma. B.sc / BA will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge in English( Mandatory ), Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi.

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.

• Ability to switch communication styles.
