Operation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive to support day-to-day coordination, follow-up and monitoring across different departments and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding client payments and Payment Certificates
• Monitor deadlines, pending matters and work progress, and follow up with the relevant PICs
• Coordinate between Management, QS, Accounts, Project/Site and Admin teams
• Follow up on Management instructions and provide timely status updates
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and other external parties when required
• Maintain proper records and trackers for ongoing matters
• Handle ad hoc operational and coordination tasks as assigned

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management or related field
• Experience in QS, Accounts, Project Admin, Contract Admin or similar roles
• Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills
• Able to understand how different tasks and departments are connected
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
• Able to handle multiple tasks and follow through until completion

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
