Position Overview

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities within our iron and mineral business. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in operations management, logistics coordination, material movement, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination, preferably within the iron, steel, mining, or minerals industry.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with key stakeholders, and supporting the timely execution of business activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Manage coordination with suppliers, vendors, transporters, logistics partners, and other business associates.
• Monitor material movement, stock availability, transportation, loading, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, invoices, dispatch documents, and other operational transactions.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS for management review.
• Coordinate with the purchase, sales, accounts, logistics, and warehouse departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Follow up on pending orders, material deliveries, transportation schedules, and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to applicable company procedures and industry requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and support the implementation of process improvements.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding operational performance, pending activities, and critical issues.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field will be preferred.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in the iron, steel, mining, minerals, or heavy-industry sector.
• Practical understanding of logistics, inventory control, dispatch management, and operational documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and operational reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet operational deadlines.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and a professional approach to work.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on qualifications, relevant experience, and overall suitability.
