About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Executive to coordinate driver activities, monitor bookings, and support the daily running of our limousine fleet.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily driver assignments and coordinate shifts according to booking requirements.
• Monitor trips on Uber, Bolt, Yango, and other company-approved booking channels.
• Follow up with drivers regarding attendance, availability, delayed pickups, and incomplete trips.
• Track vehicle availability and coordinate servicing, repairs, inspections, and EV charging schedules.
• Check trip records and report cancellations, extended idle time, and unusual activity.
• Remind drivers about company procedures, passenger service standards, and applicable RTA requirements.
• Receive passenger concerns and coordinate timely solutions with drivers and management.
• Maintain records of driver cash collections, trip receipts, and approved expenses for accounts reconciliation.
• Report suspected unauthorised trips or vehicle misuse to management.
• Assist HR with driver joining formalities, operational briefings, and document follow-ups.
• Update daily operational trackers and prepare concise reports on fleet activity and pending issues.
• Escalate accidents, breakdowns, and urgent service disruptions promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in UAE limousine, transport, or fleet operations.
• Familiarity with Dubai locations and ride-hailing applications.
• Basic Excel skills and accurate record keeping.
• Clear communication and good coordination skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle operational issues calmly.
• Experience coordinating electric vehicles is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
