Job Responsibilities – Operations Executive

• Act as the daily contact for drivers, providing booking instructions and operational support.
• Check driver availability at the start of each shift and arrange vehicle assignments.
• Follow live booking activity across Uber, Bolt, Yango, and company booking channels.
• Contact drivers to resolve missed pickups, trip delays, cancellations, and application issues.
• Keep an updated record of vehicles on duty, under maintenance, or awaiting charging.
• Coordinate with workshops and drivers to complete servicing and return vehicles to operation.
• Collect daily trip details and supporting receipts for review by the accounts team.
• Record cash handed over by drivers and flag collection differences for reconciliation.
• Check the validity of driver and vehicle documents and follow up on upcoming renewals.
• Explain operational procedures to newly joined drivers and assist with platform registration.
• Record customer feedback and follow up on service concerns.
• Bring suspected vehicle misuse, unauthorised journeys, and repeated performance issues to management’s attention.
• Maintain clear shift handover notes covering pending bookings, vehicle issues, and driver follow-ups.
• Prepare daily updates on completed trips, driver attendance, vehicle availability, and unresolved matters.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
