4. Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
5. Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans.
6. Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
7. Monitoring occupant satisfaction.
8. Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
9. Monitoring performance metrics.
10. Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
