OPERATION EXECUTIVE

We are a metal scrap trading and recycling company involved in the manufacturing of prime steel billets, located in Kulai, Johor. We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Operation Executive to join our team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Evaluate, review and propose improvements to work processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings for the company.

2. Plan, organize and develop operational strategies to ensure smooth Production activities.

3. Ensure all work procedures are carried out in accordance with established SOPs.

4. Liaise with other departments regarding company operational activities.

5. Ensure machine inspection, maintenance and work processes are carried out according to procedures by the Production team.

6. Ensure proper submission and compliance of operational documents by all departments.

7. Monitor usage of machines, equipment, raw materials and manpower to avoid wastage and reduce costs.

8. Manage location, transfer, movement schedule and records of assets such as machines and equipment for the Production department.

9. Assist the Chairman/Safety Officer in workplace safety implementation, support audit and site inspection, assist in preparation and review of HIRAC, SOP and SWP, and ensure corrective safety actions are implemented in operations.

10. Prepare reports related to operations and Production activities.

11. Monitor operational KPI performance and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

12. Assist in cost control and analysis of operational expenses including materials, machinery and manpower usage.

13. Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements :

• Minimum Degree in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in operation / production / manufacturing is an advantage

• Proficient in computer skills with strong ability to prepare reports and work records accurately

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to review and improve work processes

• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work in a team

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage, particularly for communicating with overseas suppliers.

Monday – Friday : 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Saturday : 8.00 AM – 1.00 PM
