Operation Executive (Customer Service & Pre-Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional support for the Let's Park platform via phone, WhatsApp, email and the Company's omnichannel channels
• Understand customers' parking needs and recommend suitable parking plans, locations and promotional offers
• Provide professional consultation on monthly parking options, pricing and subscription plans to help customers make informed decisions
• Follow up sales opportunities and customer enquiries proactively to drive booking conversions
• Assist customers with bookings, renewals, promotions and related enquiries
• Process daily administrative tasks, including order management, refunds, vehicle plate updates and account maintenance
• Maintain parking inventory and system information, including quotas, pricing and promotional settings
• Coordinate with internal teams and car park operators to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence
• Support operational projects, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service or related disciplines
• 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service, Pre-Sales, Sales Support, Retail Sales or E-commerce Operations
• Experience in handling customer enquiries and recommending products or services based on customer needs
• Experience in parking, property, automotive, membership or subscription businesses is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, cheerful and customer-oriented personality with a positive attitude
• Comfortable engaging customers and converting enquiries into bookings
• Detail-minded with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
