What you need to do: -

• Responsible for overall operations including revenue and cost management, people management, and customer service management.
• Understand customer’s needs and built strong relations with key accounts.
• To provide the highest level of hospitality and quality services.
• Passion for continuous learning and self-development
• Lead a team of staff. Work as a team and managing the team.
• Responsible for sales and profitability of the club.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and general upkeep.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
• Prepare reports related to operations, manpower and sales for management review.

What we need from you: -

• Min Diploma in any field or its equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Required language: English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Aggressive, team player and can work independently.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
