Operation Executive (Hybrid)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to join our manpower operations team. You’ll be involved in coordinating manpower, managing schedules and ensuring our clients’ staffing needs are fulfilled smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and coordinate manpower schedules and deployment based on client requirements
• Communicate with part-timers regarding work schedules, locations and deployment
• Work closely with the Business Development team to fulfil client manpower requests
• Assist with attendance tracking, payroll and general administrative tasks
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve them promptly
• Provide support at client sites when required
• Ensure smooth manpower deployment and maintain good communication with clients and workers

Additional Information

• 🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 🏠 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 1 WFH day per week (Tuesday–Thursday)
