Operation Executive (Networking)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily operational activities related to structured cabling and ICT projects. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion. The role may require travel to project sites as per project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update daily operational tasks
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Follow up with on-site teams for work progress
• Provide regular status updates to the reporting manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements
• Monitor invoicing, payments, and documentation
• Assist in preparing BOQ, BoM, and commercial documents
• Maintain survey reports, completion reports, and ERP records
• Coordinate material requirements with warehouse teams
• Prepare delivery notes and track project costs
• Maintain professional communication via email and reports
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Basic knowledge of IT networking or structured cabling
• Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel to project locations when required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
