Operation Executive / Operation Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive person to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in providing administrative support and managing day-to-day procurement operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily corporate and retail operations
• Handle daily necessity procurement for different shop / office locations
• Ensure the procurement process complies with company policies
• Assist in the logistics flow of inventory from warehouse to various shop locations
• Provide support in monthly physical inventory counts
• Work closely with the Finance and frontline teams to streamline operations
• Assist in preparing sales and inventory related reports
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma / Associate Degree or higher in Business, Logistics or related field
• 2-3 years of experience, preferably in beauty / healthcare industry
• Background in inventory control / procurement process is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
• Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
