Operation Front Desk Admin

• Able to work effectively and adapt well to manufacturing environment.
• Perform daily administrative duties and provide support to the Production Division.
• Coordinate, follow up, and monitor work processes and workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control and provide good customer service.
• Perform any other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, good work ethics, and a positive attitude.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
