About the role
We are looking for a strong, experienced, and results-driven Operations Head who can lead our operations and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business activities
- Lead and manage branch, sales, warehouse, logistics, and support teams
- Monitor sales, inventory, productivity, costs, and operational KPIs
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related course
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management
- Preferably with experience in Distribution, Retail, Trading, Sales, Warehouse, or Logistics
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledgeable in Sales, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, and Branch Operations
- KPI and performance management experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to travel and conduct branch/site visits
- Can work under pressure and meet operational targets
