Position: Operations Head

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics or Production Engineering
Experience: 8–12 Years in Manufacturing Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate overall manufacturing operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Tool Room and Dispatch.
• Ensure smooth execution of production plans and timely delivery of customer orders.
• Manage core plastic injection moulding operations for home appliance components supplied to LG or similar OEM customers.
• Monitor production efficiency, OEE, machine utilization, manpower productivity, rejection and operational costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce wastage and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with customers, including LG and its vendors, regarding capacity planning, delivery schedules, quality concerns and new requirements.
• Ensure availability of machines, moulds, raw materials, manpower and other production resources.
• Review daily and monthly MIS reports, KPIs, production performance and corrective action plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety standards, 5S and continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and end-to-end manufacturing operations management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of plastic injection moulding and industrial production systems.
• Expertise in capacity planning, cost control, productivity improvement and KPI monitoring.
• Strong customer management, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 8D and quality management systems preferred.

Preference: Candidates with proven experience managing operations for LG Electronics, LG-approved vendors or similar home appliance manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
