We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee daily operations at Knowlix Learning, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily business operations.
• Coordinate with academic, sales, and marketing teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely task completion.
• Improve workflows and maintain operational standards.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in operations management is preferred.
• Ability to manage teams remotely and work independently.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
