Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk services to tenants and visitors
• Responsible for daily operation including membership facilities booking, maintenance services, hosting of events
• Assist the planning, promotion and hosting of community events
• Build relationships between tenants
• Provide administrative/operational support to operation teams

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Some working experience in service industry or hospitality is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua is highly preferred
• Outgoing, independent, well-organized, multi-tasking and responsible
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Operation Manager
• Shift duty
