The Opportunity: Driver of Operational Excellence

As an Operation Improvement Specialist, you will initiate and facilitate high-impact operational improvement projects designed to maximize efficiency and resolve complex business process challenges. You will be responsible for supporting department managers, designing performance metrics (KPIs), and developing clear policies and procedures. Working closely with Managers and the Chief of Operations, you will receive both guidance and challenges, placing you at the center of our drive for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Process & Market Research: Perform deep research of the company's market, competitors, and products (including car title loans and insurance) to understand and map all related processes.
• Project Management: Take ownership of the execution and tracking of improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Performance & Policy: Design team performance measures (KPIs) and develop comprehensive policy and procedure documentation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Research and report on essential business data and statistics as required by management.
• Audit & Transaction Optimization: Improve the company's audit and transaction processes to increase efficiency and speed while maintaining risk compliance.
• Workflow Design: Supervise and design team workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Documentation Systems: Design and implement processes for document keeping and tracking to ensure critical documents are secure, accessible, and easily processed.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Experience in product or process development, or business development (background in banking, leasing, or insurance is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs) or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is required.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SQL, K2, Power BI, or a Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
