Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. The intern will work closely with vendors, customers, riders, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational activities and coordination.
• Support vendor listing and vendor onboarding processes.
• Assist vendors with product addition and updates.
• Monitor and coordinate orders, shop-related issues, and operational concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, riders, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in managing offers, banners, promotions, and campaigns on the platform.
• Maintain and update operational data using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Track assigned tasks and follow up on pending activities.
• Support the operations team in achieving business and operational targets.
• Identify operational issues and report them to the concerned team.
• Perform other operational tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Basic understanding of business operations.
• Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.

Educational Qualification

• Students or graduates from BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or other relevant fields can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
