Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities and coordination.
• Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centres, clients, and internal teams.
• Make calls and follow up with healthcare partners and customers.
• Assist in hospital and diagnostic centre tie-ups.
• Support patient coordination and service-related activities.
• Maintain records, documents, and Excel sheets.
• Assist with document verification and data entry.
• Follow up on pending tasks and provide timely updates.
• Support the operations team in preparing daily reports.
• Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good English and Hindi communication.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
