About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support the team in disbursement processing, transaction documentation, invoice validation, and day-to-day operational activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in invoice validation and transaction document verification.
• Support disbursement processing and maintain checklists.
• Help prepare payment advice and repayment schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams for disbursement approvals.
• Assist with invoice uploads and transaction processing on the TReDS platform.
• Maintain accurate records and operational trackers.
• Support the team in ensuring timely and error-free transactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Interest in banking, NBFC operations, and financial transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
