We are looking for enthusiastic Operations Interns to support our growing partner network and day-to-day business operations across India.

Position: Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with state and zonal partners across India.
• Monitor partner activities, task completion, and progress.
• Assist with onboarding local shops and business partners.
• Follow up with partners through WhatsApp and other digital communication channels.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and review meeting updates.
• Support partner training, reviews, and daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Native Hindi speakers are preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Good organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• An active LinkedIn profile is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
