Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily clerical support, including account verification, document organization, system maintenance, and basic data/statistical reporting.
• Assist in liaising with regional YoYi officers, ensuring effective information delivery, synchronization, progress tracking, and timely feedback on work issues.
• Compile daily data, update ledgers, and verify information accuracy.
• Actively support the team in completing other ad‑hoc clerical and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing any Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
• Careful, responsible, and highly disciplined; able to work in an organized manner and handle repetitive clerical tasks patiently.
• Strong communication, comprehension, and teamwork skills; able to follow work arrangements effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with skills in data analysis and report preparation.
• Detail‑oriented, principled, resilient under pressure, and highly responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
