Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and service teams for RSA-related requirements.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain and update customer/service records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
- Support the team in tracking RSA requests and service status.
- Gain hands-on experience in automotive roadside assistance operations.
