Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IPO and NCD operational activities.
• Process and verify IPO/NCD applications, forms and supporting documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain MIS reports for stock exchange.
• Coordinate with arrangers, RTA, banks, depositories and other relevant intermediaries.
• Conduct regular reconciliation of applications, payments, allotments and refunds.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and transaction records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.
• Support the sales/relationship team with IPO and NCD-related operational requirements.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within applicable timelines.
• Follow internal processes, regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of IPO, NCD and capital market operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Good understanding of demat accounts, ASBA/UPI and IPO application processes.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of SEBI, stock exchange and RTA processes will be an advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance, or any relevant field.
• Candidates with experience in broking, wealth management, financial products or investment operations will be preferred.
