Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee overall Operations, Warehouse and Inventory activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Plan manpower, workflow and operational resources according to business requirements, sales volume and business growth.
• Lead and supervise the Operations Supervisor and Inventory Supervisor, ensuring team productivity and effective coordination.
• Communicate with the Purchasing team to ensure timely availability of stock and materials.
• Analyze customer purchasing patterns, sales trends, stock movement and operational requirements to support business planning.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory and order fulfilment activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timely delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, manpower utilization and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Finance and other departments to resolve operational and inventory issues.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve Operations, Warehouse and Inventory SOPs, processes and workflows.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan and coordinate manpower and operational resources for peak seasons, campaigns and business expansion.
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and operational standards.
• Review operational and inventory reports and provide recommendations to management for better decision-making.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes and operational initiatives related to Operations, Warehouse and Inventory.
• Ensure proper coordination between Operations and Inventory to maintain stock availability and smooth order fulfilment.
• Establish operational KPIs and monitor department performance against agreed targets.
• Prepare regular management reports covering operations performance, manpower, inventory, fulfilment, costs and improvement plans.
• Support management in business planning, resource planning and operational strategy.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Fulfilment, Warehouse, or a related field, with experience in managing or supervising staff.
• Experience in assigning tasks, monitoring staff performance, and managing daily manpower.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other online sales channels.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
• Able to identify operational issues and take appropriate action or escalate matters to the Operations Leader when necessary.
• Willing to work during peak sales periods, promotions, campaigns, and double-digit sale events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
