About the role

Viva Star Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Operation Live Moderator Assistant to join our vibrant team in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position based on-site at our location. In this role, you will provide essential support to our live moderation operations, ensuring smooth and engaging live events and broadcasts. You will work alongside experienced moderators and production teams to maintain content quality, audience engagement, and brand standards across all live streaming platforms and events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring live broadcasts and chat streams to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand standards
• Support the lead moderator in managing audience engagement and responding to viewer inquiries during live events
• Help enforce platform policies and content guidelines whilst maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Assist in coordinating with production and technical teams to resolve on-air issues and ensure seamless event execution
• Document and report on moderation activities, user behaviour patterns, and any policy violations encountered
• Provide real-time support to content creators and hosts during live sessions, including technical assistance and audience management
• Contribute to the development and refinement of moderation processes and best practices
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on platform features, tools, and moderation standards
