Operation Management Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day operation management matters and administrative jobs.
• To assist in Purchase and Sales operation.
• Responsible for sales order; prepare quotation, invoice and delivery order and courier arrangement.
• To handle and follow up with suppliers' and customers' delivery. To prepare weekly stock report.
• To execute any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Admin/Accounting or relevant field.
• Well verse with Microsoft office Excel and Word.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
• Good analytical thinking and sense of urgency.
• Self-motivation, multiple tasks and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to read and write Chinese, English and Bahasa malaysia.
• Familiar with Autocount accounting system will be an added advantage.
