Operation Manager/ Campaign

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Develop and execute production plans, ensuring efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Drive productivity improvement, yield enhancement, scrap reduction, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve operational performance.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement programs across production areas.
• Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs, including productivity, FPY, yield, OTD, and labor efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, operational procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and lead production teams through coaching, training, performance management, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership experience in production management.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience in productivity improvement, cost reduction, KPI management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and good command of English.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
