Operation Manager

• Develop the Scaffolding Business & Operate it as per Saudi Aramco standards and in line with requirements of the Customer.
• Should have thorough knowledge of scaffolding & framework design, tendering, costing (material & labor) & planning of basis of work duration.
• Shall have good knowledge of preparing Method Statement & Risk Assessment for each jobs as per their specific needs.
• Should be familiar with all International standards and codes with respect to Scaffolding.
• Should have thorough knowledge of Safety standards relating to Scaffolding jobs.
• Strong sense of Ownership or Stewardship Drive for result ,Ability to work under pressure Service oriented.
• Good working knowledge of MS-Office tools.
• Minimum Qualification:
• Graduate of any any engineering degree or business management courses; Preferably should have relevant Scaffolding Qualification.
• Minimum Relevant Experience:
• At least 10 years of cumulative relevant of experience in head of scaffolding; Experience of managing multi scaffolding projects - maintenance & construction in oil & gas sector; Previous experience in GCC Saudi Arabia would be preferred.
