Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Production, Quality and Technical to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and operational efficiency are achieved.
• Monitor production planning, productivity, material wastage and operational performance.
• Lead process improvement and implementation of new technology to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure technical and production teams are properly trained and competent.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve production planning, quality and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and relevant regulations.
• Lead, manage and motivate teams to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the metal / can manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production, quality and technical operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
