About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team at PT Panna Berkat Mandiri in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our daily operations. As Operation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position is integral to maintaining our operational standards and supporting the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery
• Manage and supervise operational staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Develop and implement operational procedures and process improvements
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions
• Maintain inventory and equipment management systems
• Foster a positive workplace culture and support team development
