Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for the operation and Maintenance of the ADCS plant.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the direct staff, subcontractors, customers and clients with Contract Requirements and Company policies for effective implementation.
• Develop, monitor, maintain and evaluate operating budgets, working schedule/ programmed, resources allocation, Sub-contractor Management Plan (SMP) and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality) plan in accordance with Contract Requirements and Company policies.
• Receive instructions from the Supervising Officer, answer queries at all times in connection with the Operation of the Facilities and shall be available at any time as required by the Supervising Officer or his representative to inspect any plant, equipment or accessory.
• Attend regularly operation review meeting with the presence of the Supervising Officer or his representatives and representative from other government departments.
• Monitor the overall performance of direct staffs and the sub-contractors.
• Liaison and coordinate with multiple parties to solve daily problems that may connect with the operation of DCS.
• Plan training for direct staffs and subcontractors.
• Other work assigned by the superior.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/ Air Conditioning/ instrumentation and control issued by a recognized university or equivalent.
• Corporate Member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the Institution of Plant Engineers (IPlantE) or the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) for building operation and maintenance related discipline or equivalent.
• At least 8 years’ experience in Engineering plant operation.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
