该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责Responsibilities： 1. 参与本区域内的EHS培训和危险源识别，环境因素识别等活动，严格执行本岗位环境、安全运行措施的要求。Participate in EHS training and hazard & environmental factor identification and other activities in the region. Strictly carry out the requirements of environment and safe operation measures in the position. 2.了解并严格执行员工手册以及公司的规章制度 Understand and strictly follow employee handbook and Company police. 3. 熟悉汽车零部件行业相关体系，IATF16949，VDA（6.3、6.5），ISO14001，ISO45001等Familiar with relevant system of auto parts industry 4.了解公司财务知识，可以读懂财务报告，并利用财务数据，做相应的运营数据分析和制定年度预算。Understand the company's financial knowledge, can understand the financial report, and use the financial data to do the operation data analysis and make the annual budget. 5. 了解公司的发展历史，组织架构，产品知识，产品工艺， 可以很好的给客户和外部参观人员讲解。Understand the company's development history, organizational structure, product knowledge, product process, can be a good explanation to customers and external visitors. 6. 管理员工和日常运营，以满足所有定义的QOS要求，包括劳动效率、质量、交货、报废、库存价值和安全，以最大限度地降低运营成本。Manage staff and daily operations to meet all defined QOS requirements including labor efficiency, quality, delivery, scrap, inventory value, and safety to minimize operating cost. 7. 负责所有运营绩效数据和报告的准确性和解释，以确保有效的沟通和达到成本目标的能力。Responsible for the accuracy and interpretation of all operations performance data and reports to ensure effective communication and the ability to meet cost targets. 8. 管理和推动所有领域的持续改进计划和行动，以获得效率和成本效益。Manage and drive continuous improvement plans and actions for all areas of the operation to obtain efficiency and cost effective operations. 9. 在客户满意度、成本控制、产品质量和项目时间方面管理和领导新产品和项目的推出Manage and lead during the launch of new products and projects in terms of customer satisfaction, cost control, product quality and project timing. 10. 负责运营员工的培训、绩效管理和组织发展。Responsible for coaching, performance management and organizational development of operations staff. 岗位核心能力Key Competencies: 1. 有较强的领导和决策能力，与其他部门有良好的沟通协调能力。Has strong leadership and decision-making ability, good communication and coordination ability with other Departments. 2. 良好的质量管控和问题分析能力，并具备报告技巧。Good quality control and problem analysis ability and have reporting skills. 3. 良好的数据分析能力，并根据数据结果，做出正确的决策。Good data analysis ability, and based on the data results, make the right decision. 4. 了解精益生产策略和概念。Knowledge of Lean manufacturing strategy and concepts 5. 掌握生产计划，产品结构，工艺流程，生产设备知识。Master production planning, product structure, process flow, production equipment knowledge. 6. 熟练运用各类办公软件 (Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.)Skilled use of various office software (Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.). 7. 良好的英语口语和书写能力Good skills of oral and written English. 学历与经验Education and Experience: 1. 大学本科学士或同等学历。Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2. 10年以上生产经理或者5年以上生产运营相关工作经验。 More than 10 years of production manager or more than 5 years of production operation related work experience. 3. 了解精益生产策略和概念Knowledge of Lean manufacturing strategy and concepts. 4.良好的英语听说、读写能力。Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 5. 具有较强的分析、解决问题能力、领导和决策能力，与其他部门良好的沟通协调能力。Has strong analysis, problem solving skills, leadership and decision-making ability, good communication and coordination ability with other Departments.
