About you
- 2 years F&B supervisory or team-lead experience (Singapore experience preferred)
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written); able to train foreign workers
- Proficient in POS systems and Excel; able to produce basic reports
- Able to stand for long hours; assist in kitchen and service when needed
- Strong leadership and execution; fair, communicative, excellent under pressure
- Basic knowledge of SFA/NEA requirements; WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
