Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a hospitality property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth property management.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff across all departments.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality, hotel, or serviced apartment management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Location: Ijaiye/Ojokoro, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 Monthly
