Operation Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee the daily operations of all Tumboo outlets.

• Ensure kitchen production runs efficiently and according to daily production targets.

• Monitor food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation across all outlets.

• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented and followed consistently.

• Supervise outlet managers, kitchen staff, and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Conduct regular outlet inspections to maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards.

• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and team performance.

• Train, coach, and develop outlet teams to improve operational efficiency.

• Monitor inventory levels and minimize food waste.

• Work closely with the purchasing and kitchen teams to ensure stock availability.

• Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and implement corrective actions promptly.

• Analyze sales, operational performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in the F&B industry.
2. Experience managing multiple outlets is highly preferred.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
4. Good understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, inventory control, and SOP implementation.
5. Able to solve problems quickly and make operational decisions.
6. Strong organizational and communication skills.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
8. Willing to travel between outlets.
9. Fluent in English is a must.
