Operation Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Lead and manage the Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams.
- Coordinate with the Sales team and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Manage inventory, fleet scheduling, and logistics planning.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or FMCG is an added advantage.
