General Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs of universities
• Minimum 10 years of experience in chain restaurants, cafeterias, quick service restaurants (QSR), franchise management, or F&B operations
• Proven experience in product development, menu management, and concept development processes
• Knowledge of operational standards development and continuous process improvement
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct pricing, cost management, and product performance analyses
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and relevant legal regulations
• Advanced project management, reporting, and organizational skills
• Experience in team leadership, training, and cross-functional coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• No travel restrictions and an active driver's license
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and results-oriented working skills

Job Description:

• Ensure the creation, updating, and maintenance of brand product and service standards, as well as the preparation of related documentation and operational manuals.
• Ensure the standardization of equipment used in product preparation and service processes, and select service equipment and customer-use materials.
• Conduct product and service development activities in line with concept strategies and objectives, and monitor implementation processes.
• Ensure the preservation and sustainability of product presentation standards across all business locations.
• Support new branch opening processes, monitor operational readiness activities, and ensure the delivery of onboarding and job-specific training for personnel.
• Contribute to the annual planning of seasonal product changes and oversee the implementation processes.
• Coordinate with relevant committees on product pricing processes, determine prices, and ensure their accuracy and currency.
• Evaluate product and service performance and analyze their impact on sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with relevant departments on sales-driving activities and promotional campaigns, ensuring simultaneous implementation across all branches.
• Conduct periodic branch visits, audit compliance with operational standards, and ensure corrective and improvement actions are implemented.
• Develop operational audit checklists, conduct audits, and prepare and share audit reports with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage product development, supplier management, Product R&D (Ür-Ge) committee processes, and food safety practices.
