Operation Manager

Roles & Responsibility:

• Provide leadership, guidance, training, and regular communication to employees to ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives, policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock accuracy, return-rate control, and coordination with the Sales Team to achieve the required Distribution on Time (DOT) target.
• Identify and implement alternative methods to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
• Support the implementation of company plans, strategies, and vision, and assist the AGM/GM in ensuring deployment plans are executed within the required timeline.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and approve maintenance and other expenditures within the assigned authority.
• Work with the Board of Directors and management team on organizational values, mission, policies, planning, strategies, and short- and long-term business objectives.
• Maintain effective communication between employees and management, and coordinate with suppliers, third-party agencies, and other relevant parties to support operational requirements.
• Support HR in recruitment and manpower-related matters, and ensure required legal and regulatory documents are properly maintained while monitoring compliance with applicable requirements.
• Oversee building security, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are properly maintained and in good working condition. The position may also require planned and ad hoc travel as necessary to fulfil operational responsibilities.

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma/ Degree, 3 years above of experience in an operations Logistics/ Sales.
• Strong knowledge of operational systems, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.
