Operation Manager

1. Supervise and manage the end-to-end operation process. Arrange bookings with shipping liners, co-loaders, customs brokers, and trucking companies as per customer’s requirements.

2. Submit SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, ENS on time without fault, and oversee as well as manage the Asia operation team.

3. Prepare and manage Ocean/Air freight export/import documentation, including MBL, HBL and related documents.

4. Coordinate with internal and external parties (departments, customers, vendors, freight).

5. Proceed billing process.

6. Manage and train the Asia operation team.

7. Perform other reasonable supervisory and operational duties as assigned by the Company in writing, which are consistent with the Operation Manager role scope.
