Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to manage and streamline day-to-day hospital operations remotely. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with relevant experience in healthcare/hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day hospital operational activities.

• Coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational targets.

• Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with management and department heads for effective execution of processes.

• Maintain operational reports, records, and regular performance updates.

• Ensure proper implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, and processes.

• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.

• Manage team coordination, follow-ups, and task allocation.

• Ensure smooth communication between departments and management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setup.

• Strong team management and coordination skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home setup.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in hospital administration, healthcare operations, or hospital management will be preferred.
