What You'll Do: Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery and logistics operations, ensuring all routes are executed successfully
• Lead and develop the Dispatch team to ensure strong execution from warehouse departure through route completion
• Drive DSP scorecard performance and implement action plans for continuous improvement
• Own fleet readiness, vehicle availability, and uptime across all delivery vehicle Manage vendor relationships including insurance, maintenance, dealerships, and rentals
• Coordinate with Amazon station leadership on volume planning, reliability, and delivery performance
• Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions to build a strong driver and operations team
• Monitor delivery metrics, route operations, and driver performance data daily
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions proactively
• Manage accident/incident follow-up and resolution
• Ensure warehouse operations run smoothly for morning load-out and end-of-day return

What You'll Need: Qualifications

• Leadership experience in operations, logistics, delivery, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing teams and driving performance through accountability
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance tracking tools

Preferred Experience

• Amazon DSP or last-mile delivery logistics experience
• Fleet management or vendor coordination experience
• Experience with driver management, dispatch, and route operations
• Familiarity with warehouse and delivery workflow processes
