What they need
About the role
Lead the outlet opening and overall business performance. Responsible for first outlet preparation and overall business results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead opening, recruitment, training and operating readiness
- Manage sales, labour, cost, wastage and operating targets
- Lead store and production managers and coordinate front and back of house
- Set routines for rostering, service, inventory and cash control
- Handle major customer, people, equipment and business issues
About you
- At least 3 years in chain F&B or bakery operations, including large-outlet leadership
- Polytechnic Diploma in Business Administration
- Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service
- Able to support the opening period and rostered shifts
- Core skills: Store operations, opening, P&L, rostering, cost control, leadership
