Job Title; OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: ₦70,000 - 80,000 Monthly

Accommodation: Provided

Meal: One meal daily

Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Work Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations.

• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.

• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

• Handle operational issues and provide practical solutions.

• Maintain proper records and prepare reports.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

• Coordinate supplies, inventory, and other operational needs.

• Support management in achieving business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience in operations or a supervisory role.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage staff and handle multiple responsibilities.

• Must be organized, responsible, and proactive.
