Operations Manager – Resort | Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day resort operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Supervise staff and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Events and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor operational standards, cleanliness, safety and service quality.
- Manage staff schedules, inventory, vendors and operational expenses.
- Coordinate events and ensure timely execution of resort activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in resort/hotel operations.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of hospitality operations and team management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
